因為升級新系統而令手機大量死機的事件其實屢見不鮮 , 比如 iPhone 及 Samsung 機就是「長期客戶」. 一向新系統都少出意外的 Google 今次都中招了 .

8月 Google 就開始向不少 Nexus 用戶推送 Android 7.0 Nougat 升級 , 而事後發現不少使用 Nexus 5X 更新之後出現各種情況 , 有的不停重開有的就直接變「磚」.

Google 工程師 Orrin 解釋今次事件不是軟件升級引起 , 而是涉及硬件 . 問題是為什麼 Android 6.0 時沒問題 ? 就沒有進一步回應 .
