我開放首座惡意程式知識庫

全球資訊戰，台灣遭受四面八方攻擊，每天平均受到340萬次惡意程式攻擊，以來自俄羅斯發動的攻擊最多，但國家實驗研究院國網中心副研究員蔡一郎表示，多數是中國駭客繞道攻擊，為主動監測即時捕捉，開放台灣首座惡意程式知識庫，供產官學界和民眾免費使用，以有效提升國內資安預警。

蔡一郎表示，民眾可上網http://owl.nchc.org.tw申請安裝工具bar，避免誤入惡意網站，至於已經中毒的電腦及手機設備，知識庫可協助移除3000多隻病毒。圖中右起分別為國家實驗研究院院長陳良基、國網中心副研究員蔡一郎和國網中心主任謝錫堃。（記者林曉雲）
