兒童擅買App 蘋果同意全額退

（法新社華盛頓15日電） 美國聯邦貿易委員會（FTC）今天說，針對兒童在沒有家長同意下、使用行動裝置購買應用程式（App）的案例，蘋果公司（Apple）同意全額退費，總金額至少3250萬美元。

聯邦貿易委員會說，蘋果也同意修改購買app的程序。到目前為止，蘋果的做法是，在iPhone或iPad鍵入密碼，即使過了15分鐘，仍能透過這些裝置購買App，因此兒童就可能在家長不知情的情況下買入App。

FTC主席拉米雷斯（Edith Ramirez）說，蘋果沒有告知家長有這15分鐘的時間，孩子可以任意購買1美元至100美元的App。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
