阿里巴巴將赴美IPO 雅虎股價漲4%

受到中國大陸電子商務龍頭阿里巴巴集團(Alibaba Group Holdings Ltd.)將進行初次公開募股(IPO)所激勵，擁有阿里巴巴持股的網路巨擘雅虎(Yahoo)，也受到投資人追捧，17日收盤股價大漲4%。

阿里巴巴16日發表聲明指出，即日起啟動在美國上市事宜。根據外媒報導，阿里巴巴最快4月遞交在美IPO的申請，IPO規模估計將超過150億美元。

雅虎持有24%股權的阿里巴巴，經營淘寶網和天貓等購物平台。根據彭博社的10名分析師平均預測，阿里巴巴的身家價值達1,530億美元。

由於投資人看好雅虎將可望從阿里巴巴IPO獲益，雅虎股價17日在美國股市上漲1.51美元，漲幅4%，收在39.11美元。
